The countdown to FuTopia 2026 begins with a beat. On Friday, 7 August, we're opening the festival weekend with The Opening Pulse — a free sunset-to-late session of the best Afrohouse, Amapiano, and Afrotech, right on the beach at Fumba Town.
Set against the Fumba Town sunset, the night brings together three acts pushing East Africa's electronic sound forward: Midimu Collective, Zainooba, and DJ KCM. Expect deep grooves, warm evening light, and the kind of energy that sets the tone for the whole weekend ahead.
